My wife has signed up and paid to do the RSA with The Coffee School in Perth. She’s just received some email info regarding the do’s and don’ts. Seems quite impolite in the manner of their public engagement. Sure hope the actual training is of a better quality that their email communications. A lot of hot wind over quite a simple 4 hours course. Really?
