An industry leader for over 15 years Ignite Education was originally established in 1998 as Currumbin RSL College to provide a unique industry based Registered Training Organisation (RTO) in providing quality, industry focused training to the hospitality sector. At its conception it was the first club in Queensland to become a Registered Training Organisation.

After many years of successfully training Gold Coast students and delivering results to the hospitality industry in early 2011 the College was rebranded to Ignite Education. As Ignite Education the College extended its course offerings in hospitality and business and introduced new online courses. Ignite Education is strengthening its position as an industry leader in hospitality and business training.
