Introduction

At Hospitality Courses we realise that people are human and life isn’t perfect. We will accept students up to 15 minutes late, however, the trainer will then have to sit down with you at the first break and go over anything you have missed.

If you were to book both the RSA and RCG and pay for both courses to get our discounted price and you can’t make the second booking there is no rebooking fee – you just tell us when you can come back and you then turn up and complete the course. Hospitality Courses only employs trainers who are passionate about the industry and make the training session fun and enjoyable.

The comments we continually get back after our courses is that the student had heard the courses was boring but that wasn’t the case with our training. They actually enjoyed it and would refer other people to us.
