I regard myself as a very patience person. But some customers do need to buy some patience for them self. Tonight is another crazy night. Particularly we are under staff. A lot of people line up and waiting for being serve. The trouble is there are so many lines in from of you and you don’t know which one serve first. All of sudden a lady at the corner yelling out: “Excuse me, here, here”. I ignore here because I know she just came. After I finished serving a customer. She yield again. To get rid of her, I decided to serve her first. After she was gone. A customer next to her said to me: ” She only been here for less than 5 minutes while other people have been waiting for more than 10 minutes.” Well, if I don’t get rid of here, she will become a distraction for me which will affect my efficiency.
